Each partnership must define:The beneficiaries and intended results.The responsibilities of every participating organisation.The approved budget and authorised banking arrangements.Staff welfare and implementation costs.Monitoring, reporting and financial accountability.Safeguarding, data protection and conflict-of-interest requirements.The ownership and future use of project assets.Transparency and AccountabilityJR Global Vision is committed to the responsible management of every approved contribution.Project funds must be used according to the donor-approved budget. Expenditure must be supported by appropriate records, including agreements, invoices, receipts, activity reports and evidence of delivery.Partners may receive agreed operational support for their genuine responsibilities. Project workers must also receive fair and transparent support where approved. This protects both the people delivering the programmes and the beneficiaries they serve. Monitoring, supervisory travel, reporting and Headquarters coordination will be budgeted openly. No secret commissions, personal deductions or unofficial facilitation payments are permitted. Every country programmer remains subject to local law, partner verification, donor requirements and an approved project agreement.
