Our vision is not simply to provide services, but to help people develop the knowledge, skills, systems and opportunities required to build sustainable futures. Our work brings together youth leadership, entrepreneurship, education, research, digital innovation, mobility, professional services, architecture and affordable housing, travel solutions, business development, community empowerment and institutional partnerships. A major part of our long-term mission is to prepare a new generation of African leaders who understand that today’s world is deeply interconnected. We therefore promote leadership based on integrity, accountability, innovation, international cooperation, economic responsibility and inclusive development. Through partnerships with universities, researchers, businesses, governments, civil-society organizations and development institutions, JR Global Vision seeks to promote practical research and dialogue on how Africa can build stronger, sustainable and inclusive economies while creating meaningful opportunities for young people. Our growing work currently places particular attention on Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya and other African countries, while building bridges with institutions and partners internationally.
