Payment confirmation links each payment to the correct customer, service, country office and job reference. It helps prevent fraud, duplication, missing records and delays before work begins.

Customers receive a traceable record showing that their payment evidence was received and reviewed.

Each approved payment is connected to an invoice, job number, customer name and requested service.
Service Activation
Work starts only after the relevant department confirms that the payment and required documents match the approved instruction.

Receive an Official Instruction
Confirm the service, amount, currency, invoice or job reference, and approved payment channel.
Make the Payment
Use only the payment details issued by JR Global Vision or the authorised service representative.
Submit Evidence
Send a clear receipt or transaction record together with the customer name and job reference.
Receive Confirmation
The payment desk reviews the record and confirms whether it is verified, pending or requires clarification.
Information Required From the Customer
To avoid delays, every payment-confirmation submission should include the following information.

- Invoice, order or job reference
- Amount and currency paid
- Date and method of payment
- Clear receipt, screenshot or transfer record

- Login credentials
- Unrequested identity documents
- Money to a personal account not authorised in writing
- Extra fees that do not appear on an approved instruction
